Each ticket claims weight slots. At draw time a VRF value seeds a deterministic weighted shuffle; the first slot wins. The revealed randomness reproduces the exact winner — nothing is decided server-side.
Play-money raffle. Tickets are re-priced in credits; buying with other tokens (incl. MAGMA) arrives with the wallet + payment layer. Weekly settlement runs under Vulcasino authority (re-owned from the MAGMA original) and stays gated behind the money-switch + KYC/geo — real-money / on-chain-beacon operation is pending an independent re-audit.
